After the Pumas winning run of 4 games was ended by table toppers Haslemere last week we enjoyed an easier game this week against Alton.
Pumas initially started a bit disjointed however we still managed to race into a 2-0 lead with open play goals from Mooro & Sammy in the 1st fifteen minuets, this appeared to make the side over confident & our normal control & patterns seemed to desert us except from some brief patches, Alton had a bit of pressure & scored one of the chances that Arnez couldn't keep out which made the score at 2-1 @ HT.

The half time team talk was all about concentration, winning the second half & ensuring Andy had a clean sheet too.
The second half was a bit more even although the pumas were huffing & puffing we had the better chances & it was one of these that Finley Bos put away with aplomb putting the ball under the sliding keeper, his dad would of been so proud!!

The game ebbed & flowed from one end to the other but finished at 3-1 to the Pumas, it was played in a good spirit by both teams, well umpired by Lucy & Tilly (thank-you) along with the substitutions organised by Lee who ran the bench (as we had 15)

DoD - Sammy (should of been Liam as he could of had another hat-trick!)
MoM - Andy "Arnez" Arnel for his saves in goal that on another day could have made the game a lot closer.

2nd placed Lavant next week!!
