Walking Hockey

Calling all current, past and and even 'never tried it before' hockey players!

Come and join us for Walking hockey - there for a small amount of exercise for the body followed by similar exercise for the right arm - come and join us at Admiral Lord Nelson School on Tuesday 20th from 8.30 - 9.30pm followed by a 'debrief' afterwards.

Sticks are provided just wear trainers and appropriate clothing for gentle exercise - cost is a mere £2.
