Goal Bonanza for Womens 3s
Early morning start for Womens 3s against Fareham.
The team were in a high and fighting spirit, ready to take on another Hampshire team. On they marched to the pitch taking strong formation, passing down the wing to Stride.
Nikki Chedzoy coming up trumps, running fast down the centre, beating the goalie and scoring our first goal. Passes continued, drop offs to Steph Lowry and a triangle formation, ending up with Nicky Puckett giving a one, two and scoring a goal, taking an early lead against these Fareham ladies.
Chedzoy made a nice tap into the goal. Despite no subs and a player down due to injury Puckett managed to get another goal. Leah Riddy saved multiple shots on goal.
A cracking strike on goal from Becky Nicholson as she chipped it into the air; shame it was towards our goal (Good job Helen Perriam (Pez) is an amazing goalie). Pez peacocked her goal keeper skills with an almighty penalty flic save.
In the second half, Puckett finished the game with a smashing goal. All round an amazing effort from all players.
