Ivy was everywhere—tackling, passing, and showing off her slide-clearance skills, earning her the title Player of the Festival. Jacob was equally impressive with a crucial goal-line clearance, while Charlie and Isla were always in the thick of the action, supporting play and making important tackles. Jude and Teddy worked tirelessly in midfield, chasing down every ball and helping their teammates stay organised. Linus brought bravery and determination to the squad, pressing on through challenges and keeping spirits high. Every Pirate contributed to the team's outstanding display of teamwork and sportsmanship.
Parrots’ Highlights: For many Parrots, this event marked their first experience playing against other clubs, and they rose to the occasion brilliantly. Lucy ran her socks off, showing grit and scoring a superb goal to earn Star Player recognition. Felix chipped in with a fantastic pass setting up the team's key goal, while Cooper provided composed defending, keeping the opposition at bay. Poppy’s energy, encouragement, and relentless effort lifted the team, and Henry and Oli bravely marked their opponents and threw themselves into every play.
