Senior training will resume with mixed social sessions through the summer. These sessions will focus on fun, touch, and bringing players together from across the club. Training will be held at the University of Portsmouth, Furze Lane, on Thursdays 19:30-21:00 from July 25th to September 12th.

Walking hockey continues throughout the year.

Structured training for the season will commence in September, and be held as follows:

Tuesday (Until September 3rd) - Admiral Lord Nelson School:
20:00-21:00 - Walking Hockey (Open to ALL - £2 charge for this session)

Tuesday (From September 10th) - Admiral Lord Nelson School:
19:00-20:00 - Under 14/16 Training
19:00-20:00 - Goalkeeper Specific Training (Senior goalkeepers)
20:00-21:00 - Walking Hockey (Open to ALL - £2 charge for this session)

Thursday (Until September 12th) - University of Portsmouth, Furze Lane:
19:30-21:00 - Mixed Summer Sessions (All senior players)

Thursday (From September 19th) - University of Portsmouth, Furze Lane:
19:00-20:15 - Senior Club Training (Men & Women playing 3s/4s/5s & Vets)
20:15-22:00 - 1s/2s Training (Men & Women playing 1s/2s)

Saturday (From September 7th) - Admiral Lord Nelson School
09:00-10:30 - Junior Training (Suitable for ages 5-12)
