People attending our End Of Season Event, there are a few changes to what's on offer food wise (Includes a quick message about event attire)

Due to miscommunication with the hotel, we are only able to offer 1 meat option and a vegetarian option for the food. This also includes 2 dessert choices.

Instead of having the choice of 3 meat dishes, the choice you can have is roast pork loin with cider fondant potatoes, braised cabbage, glazed carrots and sage gravy.

With this in mind, everyone who has already filled the food form in with a different meat option shall be changed to this one. If anyone wishes to now change to the vegetarian option (Vegetable Tagine) please let your captain or one of the committee members know.

In terms of dessert, the choices are:
-- Lemon tart, mascarpone and fresh raspberries
-- Vegan coconut cheesecake, with macerated strawberries

Once again, if anyone chose a different dessert option from the form, you will be changed to the lemon tart. If you wish to have the cheesecake, please let someone know.

Now.. the question on everyones lips... what do I wear?

Let me tell you, this question has been asked many times and it's not the easiest to answer.
This event isn't necessarily Gala attire, there is no need for floor length ball gowns or tailcoats and top hats. However, it will be a fancier event than our end of season social last year. Please do not look to wear jeans and a nice top. Lean more towards cocktail dresses, mid length dresses or a form of dress trouser and shirt.

If you wish to wear a floor length dress or a suit, feel free. Smart attire is the way forward.
